Florida State EV Charger Incentive Programs
As of May 2025, Florida does not offer any state-level EV charger incentives. However, the Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit (also known as IRS 30C tax credit) is available to businesses who install qualified EV charging equipment in an eligible location. Businesses are eligible for a tax credit of:
-
6% of the depreciable costs, up to $100,000 per item OR
-
30% of the depreciable costs, up to $100,000 per item if the installation meets U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements
