1. Introduction

Welcome to EnergiSpot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EnergiSpot website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of Services

EnergiSpot provides EV charging stations and related services. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

 

3. Purchase and Payment

When you purchase an EV charging station from EnergiSpot, you agree to pay the price listed and any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment terms will be provided at the time of purchase.

 

4. Refund Policy

EnergiSpot is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. EnergiSpot reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of the selling price. 

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

 

5. Warranty

EnergiSpot products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

EnergiSpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

 

7. Changes to Terms

EnergiSpot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Utah without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
