Oklahoma State EV Charger Incentive Programs
As of May 2025, the state of Oklahoma offers businesses a state tax credit of up to 45% of the cost of installing new EV charging infrastructure.
At the federal level, the Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit (also known as IRS 30C tax credit) is available to businesses who install qualified EV charging equipment in an eligible location. Businesses are eligible for a tax credit of:

6% of the depreciable costs, up to $100,000 per item OR

30% of the depreciable costs, up to $100,000 per item if the installation meets U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements
