1. General Policy

At EnergiSpot, we stand behind the quality of our electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund under the following terms and conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. EnergiSpot reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of the selling price.

  • The EV charging station must be returned in its original condition, uninstalled, and with all accompanying accessories and documentation.

  • Products damaged or altered after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

3. Process for Refund Request

  • Contact EnergiSpot's customer service team to initiate a refund request. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  • After initial approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the product, including the return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective or an error occurred on EnergiSpot's part.

  • We recommend using a traceable shipping method as EnergiSpot is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

5. Refund Processing

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. EnergiSpot will provide a full refund or exchange and cover all shipping costs associated with the return of the defective or incorrect item.

7. Modifications to the Refund Policy

EnergiSpot reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
